A photo ID, and Social Security cards or ITIN letters for you, your spouse, and your dependents
W-2s from every employer, and 1099s (1099-NEC, 1099-K, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-R, SSA-1099)
Records of self-employment income and expenses
Form 1098 (mortgage interest), 1098-T (tuition), and 1095-A (Marketplace health insurance)
Childcare provider's name, address, tax ID, and the amount you paid
Last year's tax return and any IRS letters you received
Your bank's routing and account numbers for direct deposit
Your Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN), if the IRS gave you one

Yes. Our owner, Elva Iris Castano, is an IRS-authorized Acceptance Agent. She helps you complete Form W-7, which is used both for new ITINs and for renewals, reviews your documents, and sends your application to the IRS. An ITIN expires if it isn't used on a federal tax return for three years in a row.
